Associate Lawyer
About the Role
WOXA GROUP is looking for an Associate Lawyer to provide comprehensive legal support across the organization, with a primary focus on drafting and reviewing commercial agreements and corporate documents in both Thai and English.
In this role, you will provide legal opinions, identify and manage legal risks, coordinate with internal and external parties, and support subsidiary companies across multiple jurisdictions. You will also conduct legal research, monitor regulatory developments, and assist with legal seminars and auditing activities in Thailand and overseas.
Responsibilities
Draft and review commercial agreements in Thai and English to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
Review contracts and internal corporate documents and provide legal opinions to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
Provide legal advice on business activities, identify potential legal risks, and support compliance with relevant corporate laws and regulations.
Coordinate with internal departments and external parties to support organizational operations.
Conduct legal research and assist in providing legal advice and legal seminars.
Support legal matters involving subsidiary companies across multiple jurisdictions.
Assist the auditing team in reviewing the legal activities of subsidiary companies in Thailand and overseas.
Provide general legal support to team leaders and colleagues.
Monitor new laws and regulations that may affect the company and communicate relevant updates.
Handle other assignments as required.
Qualifications
Thai nationality, male, aged 25–30 years.
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) or higher.
Strong experience in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and corporate transactions.
Strong knowledge of Civil and Commercial Law, Corporate Law, and contract-related laws.
Strong command of written and spoken English.
Strong communication and coordination skills across departments.
Ability to work effectively with remote teams.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online legal research tools.
Ability to work responsibly and effectively under pressure with analytical and systematic thinking.
Detail-oriented, adaptable, confident, energetic, mature, and professional.
Highly motivated to pursue continuous learning and self-improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
At least one year of experience in an in-house legal department or law firm.
Basic knowledge of business, finance, and related laws.
