Human Resources Manager
About the Role
WOXA GROUP is looking for an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to oversee Human Resources operations, align HR strategies with business goals, and contribute to the organization’s long-term success.
This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on HR operations, covering talent acquisition, employee relations and engagement, compensation and benefits, organizational development, HR compliance, and workforce planning.
You will work closely with management and internal teams to address people-related business challenges, strengthen workplace culture, and ensure that HR policies and practices support both organizational objectives and employee experience.
Responsibilities
Strategic HR Management
Execute HR strategies that support the company’s business goals.
Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
Partner with management to identify and address HR-related business challenges.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and retain high-quality talent.
Coordinate with the Corporate Communication & Branding Team to strengthen employer branding.
Develop and implement effective onboarding strategies.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand position and workforce requirements.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives.
Mediate and resolve employee disputes and disciplinary matters.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and reduce HR-related risks.
Compensation & Benefits
Support the development of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
Monitor internal pay equity and market competitiveness.
Coordinate with vendors or brokers regarding employee benefits and privileges.
HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain HR policies and procedures in accordance with labor laws and organizational requirements.
Manage HRIS and ensure employee data is accurate and up to date.
Prepare HR reports and analytics to support management decision-making.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
6–8 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR practices, and talent management.
Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive situations with diplomacy and discretion.
Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach.
Proficiency in HRIS.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree or relevant professional certification.
