About the Role
WOXA GROUP is looking for a highly organized and security-focused ITSecOps professional to serve as a key guardian of the company’s internal IT environment.
In this role, you will secure employee identities, endpoints, and the internal network while maintaining a smooth daily technology experience for employees. You will oversee IT Support operations, manage enterprise security controls, and ensure that technical requests are categorized, prioritized, and routed to the appropriate teams.
You will also play an important role in the company’s ISO 27001 compliance program, particularly in Human Resource Security, Asset Management, Identity and Access Management, and Access Control.
Responsibilities
Serve as the gatekeeper of the company’s internal corporate IT environment.
Secure employee identities, endpoints, devices, and the internal network perimeter.
Support the ISO 27001 compliance program by overseeing Human Resource Security, Asset Management, and Access Control.
Oversee the IT Support team, which acts as the primary contact and dispatcher for internal technical requests.
Ensure that technical issues are accurately categorized, prioritized, and routed to the appropriate engineering teams, including Development, SRE, and Cybersecurity.
Use enterprise tools to enforce security policies without negatively affecting the daily employee experience.
Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in IT Operations, Systems Administration, Corporate IT Security, or a related field.
Experience overseeing or working closely with System Administrators or IT Support teams.
Experience setting up IT Service Management or ITSM workflows and training Helpdesk staff to categorize, prioritize, and route tickets accurately.
Strong hands-on experience configuring and managing enterprise Identity and Access Management or IAM solutions.
Experience managing employee devices through Mobile Device Management or MDM solutions across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
Strong understanding of corporate networking fundamentals, including DNS, DHCP, Firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, and RADIUS authentication.
Strong security discipline combined with empathy for users and the ability to clearly communicate the reasons behind security controls.
Ability to design workflows that make secure practices simple and practical for employees.
