Legal Officer

About the Role

WOXA GROUP is looking for a Legal Officer to support legal matters across the organization, including cross-border business operations involving multiple jurisdictions.

The role focuses on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents and commercial agreements in both Thai and English. You will also provide legal advice to internal teams, assess legal risks, conduct legal research, and help ensure that the company’s operations comply with applicable laws and regulations.

This opportunity is suitable for a detail-oriented legal professional who learns quickly, communicates effectively in Thai and English, and can approach legal matters analytically and systematically.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements in Thai and English, including NDAs, Service Agreements, Share Purchase Agreements, and other related contracts.

• Provide legal advice to internal teams regarding business operations and potential legal risks.

• Coordinate with external parties, government authorities, and regulatory bodies.

• Communicate and coordinate with international entities across multiple jurisdictions.

• Monitor regulatory developments and support the company in maintaining compliance with applicable laws.

• Assist with dispute resolution and litigation management.

• Conduct legal research to support legal matters involving different jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or higher.

• At least one year of experience in an in-house legal department, law firm, or as an independent legal practitioner.

• Conversational English proficiency with the ability to communicate and coordinate with international counterparts.

• Detail-oriented and able to learn and adapt quickly to new information and working environments.

• Strong legal judgment and a genuine interest in legal work.

• Ability to work responsibly, analytically, and systematically.

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of business, finance, and related laws or regulations.
