Process & Automation Analyst
About The Role
WOXA GROUP is looking for a Process & Automation Analyst to analyze and improve organizational workflows by developing platforms, tools, and technology-driven solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
The role focuses on identifying improvement opportunities, defining business and system requirements, and coordinating with developers to turn ideas into practical solutions. You will not be expected to develop every solution independently, but you will be responsible for defining requirements and driving projects from concept to implementation.
Responsibilities
Process Analysis and Improvement
Study and understand the current workflows of different teams through interviews, observation, and data collection.
Create process maps and workflow diagrams to visualize processes and connections between activities.
Identify bottlenecks that cause delays or work backlogs.
Identify waste, including repetitive work, unnecessary steps, approval delays, and duplicate data entry.
Assess where tools, automation, and AI can reduce processing time and operational errors.
Prioritize improvement opportunities based on their potential impact and implementation effort.
Automation and Technology Applications
Identify and evaluate opportunities to use automation and AI in areas such as document processing, data analysis, and repetitive tasks.
Research emerging tools and technologies that may be suitable for use within the organization.
Support the development of platforms and internal tools that improve productivity.
Requirement Analysis and Development Coordination
Gather business and user requirements from relevant teams and stakeholders.
Prepare Requirement Documents, User Stories, Process Flows, and Specifications for the development team.
Coordinate closely with developers throughout design, development, testing, and implementation.
Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams to ensure that solutions address actual operational needs.
Testing and Performance Measurement
Conduct User Acceptance Testing, collect feedback, and support continuous improvements.
Collect and analyze performance data, including KPIs, OKRs, cycle time, and productivity.
Measure the effectiveness of implemented tools and process improvements.
Prepare reports and present results to management and relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in process analysis, process improvement, business analysis, requirement analysis, or a related role.
Basic knowledge of AI tools and an interest in applying AI to work processes, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar tools.
Experience preparing requirements or specifications and collaborating with development teams.
Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle.
Knowledge of Agile or Scrum practices is an advantage.
Proficiency in data-analysis tools such as advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
Familiarity with Jira and Confluence is an advantage.
Knowledge of process-improvement principles such as Lean, Six Sigma, or 5 Whys is an advantage.
Candidates with limited direct experience may also be considered if they demonstrate strong learning ability and adaptability.
