About the Role

WOXA GROUP is looking for a Product Owner to define product direction, strategy, and goals while ensuring that product development responds to real user needs and supports the company’s objectives.

In this role, you will identify user pain points, translate business requirements into clear user stories and technical specifications, and manage product roadmaps and sprint backlogs. You will work closely with Development, Design, Testing, Marketing, and other teams throughout the product-development process.

The position requires a balance of product thinking, technical understanding, communication, leadership, and user-experience knowledge to ensure that products are delivered according to agreed milestones and continuously improved.

Responsibilities

Define the direction, strategy, and goals of the company’s products.
Identify user pain points and requirements, and develop products that address them.
Translate pain points and requirements into user stories and maintain backlogs for the development team.
Plan product development using Scrum methodology, define sprint backlogs, and ensure that product delivery remains on track.
Manage and participate in Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Daily Scrum, and Sprint Retrospective with relevant teams.
Continuously improve product user journeys to provide the best possible user experience.
Collaborate with Development, Design, Testing, Marketing, and other departments.
Identify opportunities to improve organizational processes and operating efficiency.
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the engineering team by translating complex business requirements into clear technical specifications.
Work closely with developers to assess the technical feasibility of new features and understand trade-offs between technical solutions.
Design and document detailed user flows and business processes for designers and developers.
Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with company milestones and deadlines.

Qualifications

Experience working as a Product Owner.
Knowledge and understanding of product development and related processes.
Experience working with Agile or other relevant methodologies.
Excellent communication, presentation, creativity, and leadership skills.
Knowledge of User Experience or UX.
Excellent time-management skills for both individual and team responsibilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a forward-thinking mindset.
Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle or SDLC.
Basic knowledge of APIs, system architecture, and cloud technologies.
Familiarity with modern technology stacks, such as microservices, mobile frameworks, and database structures.
Willingness to learn and an ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
